When you book a repair with Phone Repairs 2u, you agree to the following service terms:

Before You Book a Repair

  • Back up your data – we’re not liable for data loss
  • Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and cases
  • Let us know if your device has had water damage or past repairs

Repair Process Terms

  • Repairs include high-quality parts with a limited warranty
  • Estimated turnaround times may vary . Authorising a repair gives us permission to open the device for diagnostics and service

Limitations of Liability

We’re not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Pre-existing faults (e.g. motherboard or liquid damage)
  • Devices in structurally compromised condition
  • Data losssoftware errors, or issues unrelated to the repair are not covered

Post-Repair Customer Damage

Once the device is returned:

  • Phone Repairs 2u is not liable for any new damage caused by the customer (drops, cracks, water exposure, misuse, etc.)
  • Damage after service will be treated as a new issue, not a warranty case

Unclaimed Devices

Devices not collected within 90 days of repair completion may be disposed of or recycled unless prior arrangements are made.

Repair Warranty Policy

We stand by our work. Most repairs come with a limited warranty to protect you against defects in parts or labour. 

  • Touch issues or part failure directly related to our repair
  • Screen, battery, or charging port problems (if we replaced the part)

our repair warranty will be void immediately if:

  • Another repair shop or technician opens, tampers with, or attempts to fix the device after our repair
  • The warranty seal applied by Phone Repairs 2u is damaged, removed, or broken
  • You fail to report an issue within the warranty period

Warranty Conditions

  • Only valid for the original customer and device
  • Must be within the warranty period
  • Repaired parts under warranty do not reset the original coverage duration
